Coaching Course Registration Instructions
(CLUBS)
1. Hand prospective coach the Coaching Course Registration Instructions form. (Please include the email address of the responsible club official on the bottom right hand side of this form if your club is paying for the course)
2. Coach visits www.coachrugbyleague.com.au/coursesand registers for the relevant course.
3. Once the coach has registered, they will receive an email which will include the invoice.
Ø If the club has agreed to pay for the course, and is participating in the Education Credit System the coach should forward this email to the responsible club official. This email should then be forwarded on to wweekes@nrl.com.au
Ø If the club has agreed to pay for the course, and is not participating in the Education Credit System, the coach should forward this email to the responsible club official, who will pay for the course via the payment methods at the bottom of this page.
Ø If the coach is required to pay for the course themselves, they should click the “pay now via credit card” tab at the bottom of the invoice.
4. The coach will receive another email from the online training provider, ETRAINU with their username and password and instructions on how to complete the course. They must log on and complete the online stage of the course prior to attending the practical stage.
5. Once, both the online stage and practical stage are complete, the coach will receive a temporary coach number which will be valid for 18months. Within this time, they must be assessed by the Club Coach Coordinator, NRL Development Staff or a qualified assessor.
6. Once the coach has been assessed, the coach will then be sent their NRL ID number, and coaching certificate. This will then accredit the coach for a period of 4 years
